Refunds and Returns Policy (Israel)

At GreatoSmile, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow the guidelines of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010.

🛍️ Cancellation of a Purchase

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of purchase for services. If you are a person with a disability, senior citizen, or new immigrant , the cancellation period is extended to 4 months, subject to providing documentation.

🔄 Return Conditions

To return an item:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels/tags intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

💸 Refunds

A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

A cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted (unless the product was defective or not as described).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

According to the law, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear or intimate clothing

Products that can spoil or expire quickly

Custom-made or personalized items

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.
